The 14 member states participating in the enhanced cooperation concerning Rome III Regulation are marked in green – meaning Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Austria, Portugal, Romania and Slovenia. Lithuania’s surface is yellow as it has announced its will to join the enhanced cooperation in June 2012.
The 12 member states not participating in the enhanced cooperation are coloured in red.
