Travel costs up to €300 (including taxi costs) will be covered for judges, prosecutors and prison and probation staff only, upon receipt of the original receipts, tickets, boarding passes and invoices after the seminar.
Two nights' hotel accommodation up to 90-160€/night (depending on the location) will be reimbursed to all eligible participants by ERA upon receipt of the original receipts and invoices after the seminar.
Participants are asked to book their own travel and accommodation.
Please note that these rules do not apply to representatives of EU Institutions and Agencies and all residents of non-EU states, apart from the two eligible EU Candidate Countries (Albania and Montenegro), as well as non-eligible EU Member States (the UK and Denmark do not participate in the Justice Programme 2014-2020), who should cover their own travel and accommodation.
