Travel and accommodation*
Travel costs up to €400 (including taxi costs) and accommodation for two nights (14-16 May 2014 and 15-17 April 2015) up to €95 per night were reimbursed by ERA upon receipt of the original receipts, tickets, boarding passes, invoices after the seminar. Participants were asked to book their own travel and accommodation.
