Enforcement
The enforceability and the cross-border recognition and enforcement of an ESCP judgment is regulated in Article 15 and 20-23 of the Regulation.
Enforceability: The judgment shall be enforceable notwithstanding any possible appeal, and without a provision of a security being required (Article 15 ESCP).
