The e-presentation provides an overview of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 and highlights some of the issues that occur with its application. Furthermore, it contrasts the EU approach to that of the United States’ Department of Justice. The e-presentation is rounded off with some personal conclusions on the application of the Whistleblowing Directive in the private sector.
