

This e-presentation provides a comprehensive overview of the latest developments in cross-border judicial investigations based on Eurojust’s perspective. It analyses the basic elements of Regulation (EU) 2018/1805 on mutual recognition of freezing and confiscation orders as well as the new judicial cooperation regime between the EU and the UK in criminal matters, based on the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement. It also elaborates on the relationship between Eurojust and the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO).
