Admissibility of Actions Challenging European Commission Decisions

This presentation discusses the Admissibility of annulment actions challenging Commission decisions. It explains which acts of the Commission are challengeable, which parties might have a legal interest in bringing annulment proceedings to the Court and the concepts of concern Article 263 (4) TFEU. The presentation also gives advices on procedural issues and is based on the latest case law of the ECJ.
