The speaker presents the recent ECtHR case law on Art. 2 and Art. 3 ECHR related to accessing territory, asylum procedure, detention and reception of asylum-seekers, as well as protection against refoulement. The cases discussed were decided between the end of 2021 and the beginning of 2023.
