The e-presentation deals with the supervision of data protection rules in the law enforcement field at an EU level. It analyses where things currently stand, in particular in relation to the processing of personal data, and what lies ahead on the basis of the latest European Data Protection Supervisor decisions and opinions regarding Europol, as well as the revision of the Europol Regulation in 2022.
