This e-presentation deals with design disclosure on the Internet. After introducing Article 7 of the Community Design Regulation, the e-presentation gives practical legal advice and raises typical scenarios in light of rulings from the General Court and EUIPO Boards of Appeal decisions on evidence for disclosure, grace period and social media disclosure.
