The e-presentation gives an introduction to the European Union Network for the Implementation and Enforcement of Environmental Law (IMPEL) and provides insights about its enforcement work by showcasing the different tools which are at its disposal through the Member States’ environmental authorities. The harmonisation of the European dataset on illegal waste shipments is addressed and further explained with recent cases.
