This e-presentation addresses the intersection, common features and contradictions between identified legal provisions of the AVMSD, EMFA, DSA, and DMA relating to prominence of audiovisual media services. It concludes that each of these provisions have a different scope and purpose, leading to a different but completed approach on the autonomy of users of audio-visual content.
