This e-presentation focuses on the different data protection concerns arising from the interoperability the EU aims to achieve in the field of border management. The presentation will give a a brief overview of how the fully implemented interoperability will function, before presenting the most relevant data protection concerns, with special emphasis on the General Data Protection Regulation and the Law Enforcement Directive.
