After a reminder of the international and EU legal orders of neighbouring rights, the speaker explains the background of the introduction of ancillary copyright for press publishers in Member States. The e-presentation ends with an analysis of the most recent CJEU case law in the field with a special focus on the two rulings Pelham and Spedidam v INA.
