This e-presentation analyses the measures adopted by the EU Member States to transpose EU Directives 2019/770 and 2019/771. Alberto De Franceschi highlights the main achievements as well as the opportunities missed by the national legislators. He concludes with some recommendations on how to address the remaining challenges and improve the effectiveness of EU consumer contract rules.
