- The impact of the CJEU’s taxrelated jurisprudence on national law
- Main sources of EU law in the area of direct and indirect taxation
- The most important current issues in EU tax law, including fiscal State aid and automatic exchange of information
Participants will be able to deepen their knowledge through case studies and workshops.

Visit to the European Court of Justice
Participants in this summer course will also have the opportunity to visit the Court of Justice of the EU in Luxembourg.
